Contract manufacturer Electronic Systems (formerly Ducommun LaBarge Technologies) designs and produces complex electronics and interconnect systems able to withstand the physical extremes of combat, space, sea, and inner earth. Its printed circuit boards, cables, electronic assemblies, and other products are used for such applications as military communication systems, commercial aircraft, satellites, medical equipment, airport security, glass container fabrication systems, and oil drilling equipment. Customers have included Boeing, Owens-Illinois and Raytheon. Electronic Systems is a subsidiary of Ducommun Inc. and contributes nearly 60% of its sales. The name was changed to Electronic Systems in 2015.
